Fiber optic systems for FPV – we are an authorized representative and distributor of fiber optic solutions for FPV drones and advanced communication systems.

The carrier spool for military drones is specifically adapted for demanding operational environments. Designed to support up to 40 km of fiber, it ensures reliable transmission in missions that require complete discretion and precision. Built for extreme conditions, it is fully compatible with military-grade spools and guarantees stable performance even in the most challenging scenarios. The spool is available in several configurations with fiber lengths of 10 km, 15 km, 20 km, 30 km, and 40 km. Depending on the model, the nominal housing diameter is either 125 mm or 150 mm, while the length with the outlet funnel varies from 335 mm to 400 mm. The weight ranges from 1,050 g for the 10 km version to 3,300 g for the 40 km version, with a tolerance of ±50 g. This robust and versatile solution provides the reliability and efficiency required for modern military operations.

The UAV R.13-15 Optic kit includes an FPV drone, fiber optic module, mount, initiation board, and high-capacity batteries. The drone can be configured either as a bomber or a kamikaze, with a maximum take-off weight of up to 8.5 kg and a payload capacity of up to 3 kg. It is equipped with a powerful propulsion system featuring four motors controlled by a single unit, 4214-650KV engines, an F405 80A stack, and 13x9x3 propellers. Its dimensions are 790 × 670 × 330 mm, and the onboard day/night camera provides 1200TVL resolution with ultra-low light sensitivity (0.00001 lux).

The fiber optic module uses G657/A2 single-mode fiber with a modified PVC sheath for enhanced durability. It offers a 20 km range, weighs 1.75 kg, and maintains high tensile strength (45–50 N/1000 cm). Signal attenuation is minimal: 0.35 dB/km at 1310 nm, 0.24 dB/km at 1550 nm, and 0.28 dB/km at 1625 nm, with reliable FC-type connectors.

The battery unit is a Li-Po pack with a capacity of 22,000 mAh at 30.4 V, supporting discharge currents up to 135 A (170 A in pulse mode). It weighs 1,135 g, operates in extreme temperatures from -40 °C to +60 °C, and uses an XT-90 connector with 10AWG cabling.

The mount is manufactured from PETG plastic, resistant to temperatures from -40 °C to +70 °C, with a coil inclination angle of 35°. It is designed to securely hold fiber coils ranging from 10 km to 40 km.
